What do they say about me?
Love, love, love our 1:1 sessions with Elisa! Her classes are a wonderful mix of challenge and relaxation. Elisa tailors the class to my husband’s and my abilities and is always very encouraging. She pushes us in every class and we enjoy learning something new every time. We went on holiday to Bali and did lots of Yoga but couldn’t wait to get back to Elisa’s classes!

"Elisa is the best yoga teacher I have ever met, I love her style of teaching, it is very relaxing and has a good variety of asanas (yoga poses). I now always look forward to our next yoga class."
Shuntao L., London
"I have spent sometime with Elisa and have great faith in her knowledge of yoga and her ability to effectively teach yoga in a safe, comfortable environment. She is a very special person and yoga teacher, enthusiastic and supportive of the student, maintaining a professional but compassionate way of teaching. She is prompt, organized, and always good at teaching each student with patience along with a solid knowledge of the foundations of yoga. Elisa has a very patient and supportive teaching style. She guides her students in building awareness of proper form and breathing in the yoga poses.. She is especially good at organizing her classes to accommodate the varied expertise levels that one may find when teaching classes and lead students through an enjoyable and safe class. Her command of the yoga discipline is excellent and her ability to teach the complex positions superb. She has a very strong practice and understanding that convey in her classes very well. I am consistently impressed with her dedication, knowledge, and gentle compassion. If I was considering a yoga class, I couldnt recommend Elisa more highly. Excellent teacher."

"Elisa was super-professional and extremely friendly, making my wife and I feel at ease immediately. Being beginners wasn't a problem. Elisa broke down the movements into manageable sequences. We did a 40 minute session as we were a little late and Elisa adjusted the session accordingly to suit us which helped take the stress away! I'd recommend Elisa to anyone looking for a friendly enthusiastic and dedicated yoga instructor."

I have done yoga many times in the past (often injuring myself or prolonging healing time for existing injuries) and past teachers have neven been as patient, as knowlegable or as undestanding as Elisa. When I have started with Elisa, I had quite a bad shoulder injury and she has placed a major focus on this - taking into account with all the poses and it has done wonders! Yoga for me now, is a challenging yet rewarding experice. I always feel amazing after a class with Elisa."
