Private classes are recommended for yoga beginner/intermediate level. They are an excellent tool to deepen your practice at your own pace, in the comfort of your home and at your desired time receiving the individual attention required.
A typical yoga practice with me will include a variety of yoga elements, between stading, balancing, seating and inverted sequences. Classes can focus more on one aspect or the other offering, in your case, an excellent tool to improve tone muscle and help you to overcome injuries and pain.
I am an encouraging teacher and I offer a yoga practice in a mindful environment, where you will be able to connect within yourself while following my instructions and/or demonstrations of the asana.
I am a fully-insured, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and I am qualified to teach Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation. My qualification is accredited by the Yoga Alliance USA.
Regular weekly sessions can be organised and the length of class can range from 45 minutes to 75 minutes – tailored as required.
